Section 7
Cannot be dismissed from employment

(1) A person in employment shall not be removed from employment without cause except in accordance with prevailing laws.
(2) If a person who is employed is removed from employment except in accordance with the law on service conditions applicable to him/her, the person thus removed may apply to the relevant employment service center with reasons for his/her continued employment.
(3) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (2), the employment service center shall send the employed person to the relevant local level for necessary investigation regarding the reasons for the removal of the employed person from employment.
(4) If it is found that the applicant has been removed from employment without any reason during the necessary investigation on the application sent in accordance with sub-section (3), the concerned local level may instruct the employer to keep the applicant employed.
